Note: Blackboard Support can only take requests related to Blackboard. For assistance with Microsoft Outlook e-mail, PowerCampus Self Serve, the MRS online evaluation tool or logging onto a workstation at Michener, please contact Michener's Help Desk (email@example.com).
Your request will be answered as soon as possible on the day it is received provided it is received before Michener Blackboard Support closes for the day.
Note: Blackboard strongly recommends that important quizzes, exams and assignments be completed on a desktop or laptop computer with a hard wired connection to the Internet. Instructors are also encouraged to grade these high-stakes assessments on a desktop or laptop computer.
Historically, Michener has provided support for Blackboard via both telephone and e-mail during business hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. In July 2017, Michener implemented the e-mail based ZenDesk ticketing system as a means of streamlining and improving support for Michener's Blackboard system.
After a successful trial period with ZenDesk, technical support requests for Michener's Blackboard system will now be accepted by email only to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The phone service for Michener Blackboard Support (647-267-2475) has been officially discontinued effective Friday, September 29, 2017.
