Blackboard recently announced that they are discontinuing the Blackboard Mobile learn App. As of August 1, the Blackboard Mobile App has been removed from app stores and support will be discontinued on August 31.
Students and Instructors who use the Mobile App are encouraged to migrate to the new Blackboard App (student) and Blackboard Instructor App which are now available to Blackboard users. Information and links to the Apple, Google Play and Microsoft app stores are contained in the following documents from Blackboard:
Note: Blackboard still recommends that important quizzes, exams and assignments be completed on a desktop or laptop computer with a hard wired connection to the Internet. Instructors are also encouraged to grade these high-stakes assessments on a desktop or laptop computer.
